Q: What exactly would the aide do for me or my loved one?
A: Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Personal Care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility, transferring, positioning, feeding, oral hygiene.
Other duties include:
- Grocery Shopping & Meal Preparation, taking into account any Special Dietary Requirements
- Light Housekeeping & Laundry
- Escorting Clients to Doctor Visits or Other Appointments
- Reminding or Assisting in Dispensing Medications
- Companionship & Conversation
- Accompanying on walks, outings, & other pleasant events
- Household Tasks & Various Personal Errands

Q: How do I order your service? How do I get started?
A: Just call our office. An intake coordinator will discuss your unique situation and requirements. Clients will receive information regarding costs, fees, and procedures at the time of inquiry.
After that, a nursing supervisor will conduct an initial home visit to assess your needs and develop a comprehensive care plan. To be sure, we personally contact your physician and any other concerned health care professional in order to fine tune the treatment plan.

Q: What ongoing service do you provide?
A: At no charge, regular visits to your home are schedules by a registered nurse to monitor the service and to supervise the staff to ensure that the care provided optimally meets your heath and rehabilitative needs.
A supervisory staff member is available by telephone and answering service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
We are happy to make any changes or adjustments on an ongoing and as needed basis.
