As caregivers, we get so caught up in other people that we often find it strange and difficult to make time for ourselves. A number of years ago, I resolved to not let that happen. With my empty nest, there was no reason why I could not embark on that exercise program I, like so many, was putting off – and boy am I glad I did! I have never felt more energetic and in charge of my health. We could do the same for those around us like our senior loved ones by making sure they have fitness routines of their own. That is where David York Agency would like to help.
In this issue, we have made available another packet of worksheets entitled “My Exercise Plan” to help you do just that. I got such wonderful feedback regarding the Important Documents checklist and the accompanying small packet of worksheets that my business New Year’s resolution is to make as many of these available to our colleagues and clients as possible.
