“I am writing to commend your employee, B.S. (aide), for the excellent care she gave my mother. I must admit I had misgiving about allowing a total stranger to live in our home, but I had no choice. Mother was no longer able to care for herself and it was impossible for me to stay at home 24 hours a day to care for her. So a “live-in” was the only answer. B.S. was clearly the best thing that happened in a very sad, trying situation. She was a great comfort, and I hope to be able to keep up with her as a personal friend from now on. She is superb and definitely ‘one of a kind’.”
